These Conditions of Enrolment are applicable to all paid and unpaid courses that are offered by iLearnSpanish.net. iLearnSpanish.net is a part of the Dutch language website Taal.Info (www.taal.info).

Definitions

online course a course that can be followed online (over the Internet)
course fee the amount of money that a student has to pay in order to gain access to the online course
access period the enrolment period during which the student will gain access to the online course after payment
balance the total access period minus the number of days that have expired since the beginning of the access period
e-newsletter a newsletter that is sent by email
internal email an email message sent though the website of iLearnSpanish

Enrolment for free course

1. After having created your own free login account at iLearnSpanish, you will get free access to the introductory Spanish course. To enrol for this course, you only need to click on the relevant link to the course. The iLearnSpanish team may send you a monthly e-newletter.
   
2. If you wish to cancel (delete) your account, please send a message to the Administrator of iLearnSpanish by internal email. As soon as your account has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation. You will also stop receiving any newsletters.

Enrolment for paid course

1. After we have received your course fee, you will get access to the course for a period of 60 (sixty) days. This period is called the access period. In addition, you may receive a monthly e-newsletter.
   
2. No reimbursement will be made for whatever reason after we have received your payment.

Extending and temporarily deactivating the access period

1. After the access period has expired, it possible to renew your subscription at the discounted course fee of EUR 15.00 for another 60 (sixty) days. Towards the end of your subscription, you will receive an email message from iLearnSpanish with more information about how to renew your subscription.
   
2. It is possible to temporarily deactivate your subscription once and reactivate it at a later point in time, on the following conditions:
   - course access can be blocked for no longer than 60 (sixty) days;
   - your balance is more than 9 (nine) days
   - a request for the deactivation is submitted by internal email to the Administrator of iLearnSpanish.net at least 5 (five) working days before the start of the deactivation period.

Liability

1. iLearnSpanish.net and/or Taal.Info cannot be held liable in any way for any consequences of any incorrect information on the website of iLearnSpanish.net. If you encounter any incorrect information, please let us know by internal email to the Administrator of iLearnSpanish.
2. You will also find some third-party advertisements on iLearnSpanish.net. These can be found at the bottom of each page, and also at the left-hand side and right-hand side of some pages. iLearnSpanish.net and/or Taal.Info cannot be held liable in any way for any consequences of any incorrect or possibly offending information in any third-party advertisements.
3. The didactic material on the website of iLearnSpanish.net is developed by Taal.Info. All texts, pictures and other layout and design elements are copyrighted. No information may be copied or otherwise published or divulged without the express written permission of its maker(s). If you should find any didactic material of which you believe the copyright lies with a third party, kindly let us know by internal email to the Administrator of iLearnSpanish.net.

Privacy

iLearnSpanish.net values your privacy highly. We will use your personal details for our newsletter only and will never pass them on to any third parties. Our monthly e-newsletter will continue to be sent to you after your enrolment ends. After the access period, however, you can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. To unsubscribe, please follow the instructions at the end of the newletter.
